Hard Rock Cafe, New York City: The welcome dinner for the Rhythmns of One World Festival

Opening Concert for Rhythmns of One World Festival, Merkin Hall, Kaufamn Centre.
The Choir were the only African choir of 7 participating choirs. The South African Consulate General was also in attendance. The SA Consul, Ms Mokoena spoke to the boys after the show and said how proud she was to be a South African and that she had never seen or heard a choir
from SA that was truly so representative of our country.

One of seven choirs to perform in the United Nations General Assembly as part of the Rhythmns of One World Festival. The concert was streamed live on UN webcast and on television in the USA


After the UN concert all participating choirs, organisers and guests enjoyed
a sunset cruise on the Hudson River catching city views

  3. Loved the Cultural Showcase at the Aronoff last night. All the choirs were good but the Kearnsey College Choir was outstanding! 65 boys and a very charismatic choir director transported us to South Africa as they honored King Sharka, father of the Zulu nation. The dancing, drums and singing were awesome! It IS manly to make music! Thanks for such an energetic performance!
